पंजाब कांग्रेस में काफी लंबे समय से जारी आंतरिक कलह खत्म होने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहा है।कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेतृत्व ने नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू को प्रदेश कांग्रेस vvv का अध्यक्ष बनाने की राय बनाई है। नेतृत्व के फैसले में कैप्टन को पंजाब का सीएम बने रहने पर भी सहमति बनी थी। लेकिन कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह किसी भी हालात में यह नही चाहते की सिद्धू को अध्यक्ष बनाया जाए।
वही सिद्धू के अध्यक्ष बनने की खबरे आते ही सिद्धू के समर्थको ने पोस्टर लगाने शुरू कर दिए है जिस पर लिखा है “बाबर शेर एक ही हूंदा है। सारे पंजाब दी हुगर सिद्धू इस बार”। कुछ वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेताओ ने भी पोस्टर बना लिए है थे। लेकिन उन्होंने कुछ ही देर में पोस्टरों को वापस हटा भी लिए।क्योंकि अभी तक हाईकमान ने औपचारिक घोषणा नहीं की है। ऐसे में यह लाज़मी है की आने वाले वक्त में सिद्धू को ही सीएम बनाने की मांग भी उठ सकती है। उधर प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक़ कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह इस बात से भी खुश नही है की 4 साल पहले पार्टी में आए सिद्धू को आगे करके सीनियर नेताओं को दर किनार करना ठीक नहीं है।
प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक, राजनीतिक रणनीतिकार प्रशांत किशोर की मध्यस्थता के बाद कांग्रेस पार्टी ने मतभेद का रास्ता निकाला है। खबर यह भी है की कांग्रेस पंजाब में पार्टी के दो वर्किंग प्रधान बनाने पर भी काम कर रही है। इन कार्यकारी अध्यक्षों को हिंदू एवं दलित समुदाय के नेताओं में से चुने जाने की संभावना है। ताकि हर वर्ग को ख़ुश रखा जा सके।
चुनाव होने में अब ज्यादा वक्त नहीं रहा है। ऐसे में अब देखना यह होगा की क्या सिद्धू और कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह दोनो मिलकर चुनाव में एक साथ उतरेंगे? या गुट बाज़ी देखने को मिलेगी? मिली जानकारी के अनुसार दोनो पक्षों का अपने अपने करीबी नेताओं के साथ मीटिंगों का दौर जारी है। कही कांग्रेस को इस गुट बाजी के चलते अगमी चुनावों में ख़ामियाजा नहीं भुगतना पड़े।

What is Uniform Civil Code? UCC – Uniform Civil Code is an attempt to waive personal laws of all religions related to matters of marriage, divorce, succession etc. and bring a common law for all. One law should be applicable to all to deal with marriage, divorce, maintenance and adoption.
Stated below are some merits of Uniform Civil Code & why it should be implemented:
➡️ Over lapping provision of law can be avoided. ➡️ There would be no discrimination. ➡️ The country would emerge with new force and power. ➡️ It would simplify Indian legal system. ➡️ Burden on judiciary would decrease.

Today, the judiciary is burdened because different religious communities are governed by different laws which is the main cause of delay in justice in our Country. Since, marriage, divorce and other matters are governed by personal laws of a religion, there is always confusion and the religious heads of a religion are not convinced by the judgement. Having a Uniform Civil Code will help to solve cases quickly and also provide justice to all citizens of our Country.
The Delhi High Court backs the need for a Uniform Civil Code (UCC) observing that "there is the need for a Code – ‘common to all' in the country and asked the Centre government to take the necessary steps in this matter."

If there is one law for everyone there will be no discrimination & everyone will be treated equally. Personal laws, if not amended from time to time can hamper growth of any religious community. So, to be a part of growth of our Country we should have a Uniform Civil Code.
We have also observed that during elections, candidates seek votes on basis of religion which disturbs communal harmony of our Country. Everyone has a right to seek votes but not on the basis of religion & giving false promises.

Uniform Civil Code will provide justice to all citizens. Women of all religions will be assured of uniform justice and a secured life post-divorce etc. Judiciary will also function effectively without having to refer to various religious texts interpreted differently by the scholars of the religion.
Thus, justice will not be delayed and every citizen of the Country will get justice promptly. To maintain uniformity of laws the government must adopt UCC- Uniform Civil Code. The word uniformity means all communities must be governed by uniform principles. This will modernize and humanize all personal laws.

आज जनसंख्या नियंत्रण समय की मांग है। क्योकि, विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) ने कहा कि, 2025 तक भारत जनसंख्या वृद्धि में चीन को पीछे छोड़ देगा। ये बात भारत के लिए कोई गर्व की बात नही है। जनसंख्या वृद्धि से भारत मे संसाधनों की कमी होगी। अधिक पेड़ काटे जाएंगे। जंगल नष्ट किये जायेंगे। भारत मे बेरोजगारी चरम सीमा पर पहुचने की संभावना खड़ी हो जाएगी। सरकार कितने भी विकास कार्य करले लेकिन विकास नही होगा।
उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री माननीय योगी आदित्यनाथ जी ने जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून बना कर अच्छी पहल की हैं। लेकिन कुछ लोगो को इस बात पर आपत्ति है कि जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए कानून क्यों बनाया गया? कोई इसे धर्म से जोड़ कर देख रहा है लेकिन कुछ लोगो ऐसे भी है जो इस कार्य को अच्छी पहल के रूप में देख रहे है। कुछ लोग वोट बैंक की राजनीति के लिए कानून को सही नही मान रहे हैं।अब उन लोगों को कितना भी समझाया जाए लेकिन, ये लोग नही मानेंगे।

एक और अच्छी पहल इसमें राज्यसभा सांसद डॉ राकेश सिन्हा जी ने भी की हैं, उन्होंने इसे संसद में भी बहस के लिए रखा है। उनकी यह पहल आत्मनिर्भर भारत के लिए एक सकारात्मक पहल है।
भारत में जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के कई फ़ायदे भी है। जनसंख्या कम होने से रोजगार बढ़ेंगे। वनस्पति को कम काटने से प्रर्यावरण दूषित भी कम होगा।
हमारी सरकार को अब इस मामले में चीन से भी सख्त कानून बनाना चाहिए।
On 9th July 21, the Delhi High Court backed the need of Uniform Civil Code in our Country and instructed the Central Government accordingly. Before we speak about it at length, let us understand the meaning of each word of Uniform Civil Code. The English Dictionary defines ‘UNIFORM’ as identical or constant, ‘CIVIL’ is defined as civilian or public and Code is defined as rule or law. Now, What is Uniform Civil Code? Uniform Civil Code or UCC is the formation of one law in a Country related to personal matters irrespective of his/her religion. These laws are applicable to all religious communities in their personal matters such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, adoption etc. Currently, personal laws of each religion are being followed with respect to stated matters.
Article 44 of the Constitution of India says that the state shall “endeavour to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India”. If our Constitution also backs the Law, then, Why are some citizens against the Law? Most Countries in the world like USA, Australia, U. K. etc. have a UCC for the citizens of their Country. Then, Why can’t we have? In India too, Goa is the only state in India which has a uniform civil code. The Goa Family Law is the set of civil laws, originally the Portuguese Civil Code which continued to be implemented after its annexation in 1961.

India, is a diverse Country with all religions like Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Sikhism etc. co-existing with each other. Though at many junctures we have stated that we should have ‘ONE NATION ONE LAW’ in our Country but implementation of the law in such diverse cultures is difficult. To treat all communities equally and to impart the best of all religious doctrine in one rule without breaking fundamental right of the Constitution is not an easy task to achieve. Before implementing, the communities or lawmakers should come up with a singular law that benefits all sections of the society.
Uniform Civil Code, if and when implemented will benefit all citizens of our Country. All citizens will get uniform justice in matters related to marriage, divorce, adoption, succession etc. Currently personal laws of each community in our country who have different laws in such matters are followed. Hence, though we are all INDIAN citizens, we do not get Uniform Justice. To clarify, in case a Hindu couple get divorce, they get justice as per Hindu Law and if a Muslim couple get Talaq, they get justice as per Muslim Law. Same is the case in matters related to adoption, succession etc. If every citizen is equal in the eyes of Law then, the Law applicable to them also should be same. Hence, it is the responsibility of every citizen of the country to ensure that Uniform Civil Code is implemented with peace and harmony.

ऐसे संवेदनशील मुद्दे पर योगी सरकार के साथ खड़े होने की बजाय वहाँ का विपक्ष राजनीति करने लगा है। खासकर अखिलेश यादव ने तो लाइव प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस मे कहा कि, उन्हे उत्तर प्रदेश की पुलिस पर भरोसा नही है। उनका यह बयान नीचता की सारी लकीरें लांघ गया। अखिलेश के इस बयान से साबित होता है कि उन्हे ऐसे मुद्दे पर भी अपने वोटबैंक की चिंता है।
कांग्रेस की सरकारों मे देशभर मे आये दिन आतंकी हमले होते थे, परंतु जबसे मोदीजी की सरकार बनी है आतंकी हमलों पर पूरी तरह से लगाम लग चुकी है। उसका सबसे बड़ा कारण मोदी सरकार की त्वरित कार्यवाही है।
1. यूपी पुलिस का लखनऊ में आतंकी साजिश का भण्डाफोड़ करने व इस मामले में गिरफ्तार दो लोगों के तार अलकायदा से जुड़े होने का दावा अगर सही है तो यह गंभीर मामला है और उचित कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए वरना इसकी आड़ में कोई राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिए जिसकी आशंका व्यक्त की जा रही है।

लखनऊ मामले मे योगी सरकार की पीठ थपथपाना तो दूर वहा का विपक्ष इसमे भी अपना राजनीतिक हित देख रहा है। मायावती का ट्वीट भी इसी तरफ इशारा करता है। मतलब साफ है विपक्ष के लिए वोटबैंक पहले है और देश की सुरक्षा बाद में। इससे ज्यादा शर्मनाक और कुछ नही हो सकता है।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार करने में बहुत मेहनत की है । आज के विस्तार में 13 वकील, 6 डॉक्टर, 5 इंजीनियर, 7 PhD, 7 पूर्व नौकरशाह और 3 MBAs शामिल किये गए हैं।
एक चैनल पर बोला जा रहा था कि 27 मंत्री OBC हो गए । जिन लोगों के पास तालीम है, हुनर है, उनके साथ केवल OBC का लेबल लगाना ठीक नहीं है। मंत्रिमंडल में जातीय समीकरण बिठाये जाते हैं, मगर कुछ बोलने से पहले मंत्रियों की हर तरह से योग्यताओं पर भी ध्यान दिया गया है।
मीडिया तो चुनाव में एक एक जाति की संख्या बता देता है, फिर मंत्री बनने पर क्यों आपत्ति है । विरोधी दल मुस्लिम वोट बैंक के अनुसार चुनाव लड़ते हैं और मीडिया मुस्लिम वोटर तो बताता है पर हिन्दू वोटर अलग अलग जाति के बताता है।
7 महिलाओं के शपथ लेने के बाद अब मोदी सरकार में कुल 11 महिलाएं हो गई । सबसे ज्यादा जलन कांग्रेस को ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को मंत्री बनते देख कर हुई है। जिसे राहुल गाँधी ने अभी तक मंत्री ना बनने पर “बैक बेंचर” कह दिया था।
लेकिन सिंधिया शायद कई और कांग्रेस के नेताओं का अनुसरण कर समझ गए थे कि कांग्रेस में रह कर वो किसी हाल में मंत्री नहीं बन सकते। अब उसे “फ्रंट बेंचर” बने देख कर कांग्रेस के लोगों में खलबली तो मचेगी।
मीडिया को तकलीफ है कि जब से मोदी प्रधानमंत्री बने, उन लोगों का विदेश जाना बंद हो गया और मौज मस्ती बंद हो गई । कभी ये मीडिया वाले मंत्री बनवाया करते थे और आज भनक नहीं लगती कि कौन मंत्री बनेगा।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बंगाल निवासी और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता संगीता चक्रवर्ती ने याचिका दायर कर मांग की है कि एक वर्ष में बंगाल में रह रहे 2 करोड़ रोहिंग्या और बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों का पता लगाया जाएं और हिरासत में ले कर उन्हें निर्वासित किया जाये।
याचिका में कहा गया है कि 2 करोड़ बंग्लादेशी और रोहिंग्या मुसलमानों ने बंगाल की जनसांख्यिकी को बदल दिया है और कानून एवं आंतरिक सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा पैदा कर दिया है।
रोहिंग्या और बांग्लादेशियों की संख्या बंगाल में 3.11 करोड़ मुसलमानों में से 2 करोड़ हो सकती हैं । इसके लिए कुछ आंकड़ों पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।
1951 में बंगाल में मुसलमानों की आबादी 51 लाख थी जो 1961 में 35.5% बढ़ कर 69.15 लाख हो गई। 1971 में 31.4% बढ़ कर 90.83 लाख हो गई।
1981 में 29.3% की बढ़ोतरी हुई। 1991 में 36.7% और 2001 में 26.1% बढ़ कर 2 करोड़ 2 लाख हो गए। 2011 में ममता बनर्जी के सत्ता प्राप्ती के समय मुसलमान 21.8% बढ़ कर 2 करोड़ 47 लाख हो गए थे।
ममता के 10 साल के राज में ये 26.3 % बढ़ कर 2021 में 3 करोड़ 11 लाख हो गए । बांग्लादेश की सीमा से बंगाल के 9 जिलों की सीमाएं लगती है इसमें दार्जिलिंग, जलपाईगुड़ी, कूच बिहार, उत्तरी दीनापुर, दक्षिणी दिनापुर, मालदा, मुर्शिदाबाद, नादिया और उत्तरी 24 परगना जिले हैं।
इन 9 जिलों में 2011 में मुस्लिम आबादी 1 करोड़ 79 लाख थी।इस हिसाब से इन 9 जिलों में ही 2 करोड़ रोहिंग्या और बांग्लादेशी हो गए होंगे। बंगाल के इन 9 जिलों में मुस्लिम 2011 में ही बहुसंख्यक थे।
मुर्शिदाबाद की 71 लाख की आबादी में 47 लाख मुसलमान है (66.88%)। मालदा में 39.88 लाख की आबादी में 20.45 लाख यानि 51.27%। उत्तरी दिनापुर में 30.07 लाख आबादी में 15.01 लाख यानि 49.92 लाख मुस्लिम आबादी है।
इस याचिका पर अदालत क्या करेगी, कह नहीं सकते, क्योंकि एक वर्ष तो क्या 10 साल में भी विदेशियों की पहचान नहीं हो सकेगी और इतने समय में मुस्लिम 25% ओर बढ़ जाएंगे।
नमस्कार, आज मैंने एक बहुत बड़े अखवार “The New York Times” द्वारा उनके पत्रकारों के रिक्त पदों की भर्ती के लिए मोदी विरोधी, हिन्दू विरोधी पत्रकारों की मांग को उजागर किया हैं। ज़रा सोचिये जब इतना बड़ा अखवार जब यह मांग करता है उन्हें मोदी और हिन्दू विरोधी पत्रकार चाहिए।
यह एक विचारधारा को बढ़ाने की साजिश हो सकती हैं।लेकिन जब कोई विदेशी अखवार भारत में रहकर भारत को लोगो को नोकरी के लालच में भारत के खिलाफ काम करवाने को साजिश करता है, तो यह बेहद खतरनाक हो सकता है। विदेशी अखबार की इस साज़िश पर बड़े-बड़े बुद्धिजीवी और डिज़ाइनर पत्रकार चुप है। ये लोग भारत मे रहकर भारत के खिलाफ काम करने को राष्ट्रभक्ति मानते हैं।
अगर आज इस मामले के खिलाफ देशवासी एक साथ नही आते हैं, तो यह भारत के लिए बड़ा खतरनाक हो सकता हैं। ये लोग देश मे रहकर देश विरोधी काम करते हैं। इनकी लड़ाई भारत के खिलाफ हैं।
आज कल विदेश में भारत के खिलाफ पत्रकारिता करना बड़ा लोकप्रिय काम माना गया है। चाहे वो कोरोना महामारी में भारत के खिलाफ लड़ाई हो या चीन के खिलाफ भारत की लड़ाई हो। इन सभी मामलों में विदेशी मिडिया भारत के खिलाफ प्रोपेगैंडा फैलाते हैं। अगर भारत की जनता एकजुट हो जाये तो किसी की हिम्मत नही होगी कि वो भारत के खिलाफ इस तरह के प्रोपेगैंडा चलाएं।
नकली इंजेक्शन बनाने वाले गिरोह के मुखिया डॉ मोहम्मद अल्तमश को कोर्ट ने जमानत दे दी। जेल से बाहर आते ही उसने वापस नकली दवाएं बनाना शुरू कर दिया। कोर्ट द्वारा अपराधियों को जल्दी जमानत देने से अपराध बढ़ रहे हैं।
20 जून को “फंगस” के इलाज में प्रयोग होने वाले नकली इंजेक्शन बनाने के लिए 2 डॉक्टरों समेत 10 लोगों को दिल्ली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया। उसके पास 3293 नकली इंजेक्शन बरामद किये गए।
डॉ मोहम्मद अल्तमश के अलावा उसके साथ पकडे गए लोगों में वसीम, मयंक तलूजा, शिवम् भाटिया, मुहम्मद आफताब, फैज़ान, डॉ आमिर, मुहम्मद फैज़ल,शोएब खान और अफ़ज़ल आदी प्रमुख है।
डॉ मुहम्मद अल्तमश हुसैन को 27 अप्रैल, 2021 को गाजियाबाद पुलिस ने रेमडेसिविर इंजेक्शन की कालाबाज़ारी करते हुए गिरफ्तार किया था । उनके साथ उनके साथी अकरमऔर जाजिब अली भी पकड़े गए।
उनके पास से 70 रेमडेसिविर इंजेक्शन के अलावा दो अक्टेमरा इंजेक्शन व 36 लाख दस हजार रुपए नकद और एक लग्जरी कार भी बरामद हुई।
उस समय उसे प्रख्यात न्यूरो सर्जन बताया गया था जो कभी AIIMS में काम किया करता था। बाद में AIIMS ने मना कर दिया था। अब अल्तमश की डिग्री की जांच हो रही है क्योंकि 29 साल की आयु में उसने 12वीं पास की थी।
गाजियाबाद में गिरफ्तार होने के बाद अल्तमश को जमानत देना महंगा पड़ गया। अभी कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने दिल्ली दंगों के दंगाइयों को जमानत दे दी और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जमानत पर रोक लगाने से इन्कार कर दिया।
डॉ अल्तमश मात्र डेढ़ महीने बाद एक और जालसाजी कर गया । वो ज़मानत पर रिहा होते ही ब्लेक फंगस बीमारी में काम आने वाले नकली इंजेक्शन बनाने लग गया।
पुलिस अपनी जान जोखिम में डाल कर अपराधियों को पकड़ कर लाती है और अदालतें उन्हें जमानत दे देती हैं । इस तरह के आरोपियों को जमानत देना आग से खेलने जैसा काम है ।
Farmers’ Protest, a protest that has been going on for over 10 months by the farmers’ requesting the Central Government to repeal the Farm bills which have already been put on hold by the Supreme Court of India.
What is the point of protest now?
The opposition parties and protesting farmers’, to be protesting for the benefit of farmers’. But, they are the people who are working against the farmers’ interests. They do not appreciate when Govt. of India increases MSP, transfers money directly into the accounts of the farmers’ which benefits all farmers’. People say that farmers’ are like God and we must respect them. I say, no doubt, we must respect them and be thankful to them but we must not respect anti-national elements like Mr. Rakesh Tikait or Mr. Yogendra Yadav whose agenda is to divide our motherland INDIA.
Why should I thank these so-called ‘Farmers’? The farmers’ protests were responsible for the spread of the 2nd wave of COVID-19 in villages of Punjab. The so called ‘farmers’ still chose to continue the protest putting all protesting farmers’ lives at risk by not following COVID-19 protocols. Mr. Rakesh Tikait also organized an Iftar Party during those tough times, resulting in blockage of oxygen trucks that were to enter Delhi for COVID-19 patients. The protest site witnessed rape, prostitution, murder, riots, burning a man alive, with an anti national agenda. This is the dark side of farmers’ protest. Unfortunately, the dark side has engulfed a majority of the protestors.
Should I thank the farmer’s for these things? The farmers’ protest site is turning into a hub of uncontrollable crime. Let me take you back to Delhi on 26th January 2021, our Republic Day. The ‘farmers’ beat Delhi Police personnel, disrespected our National Flag at Red Fort and indulged in riots. A few questions arise here.
Are they really farmers? Are they even Indian?
It was in the month of January 21st when India Today Journalist Ms. Preeti Choudhary said that women were being sexually harassed at those sites. But her words were ignored by everyone. Then, in the month of 11th May 21, six people were named in a FIR for gang rape of a 26 year old woman in West Bengal who died on 30th April 21. The woman’s father later in a press conference revealed about the rape. Even after this incident the harassment didn’t stop. Another woman Ms. Shivani Dhallon was eve teased, shamed and harassed by the so called ‘farmers’. It was also revealed that a prostitution racket was running in a makeshift tent at the protest site near the Tikri Border. Another horrifying act was burning a man alive and nonchalantly blaming it on liquor. The farmers were drunk and burnt the man alive who died soon after.
What sort of farmers are they?
How many such crimes will be suppressed by these protestors? They demand the release of anti – nationals, make permanent houses at the border, they block highways of the capital city of our country during a pandemic, and they destroy mobile towers and damage public property that have been built with taxpayers’ money. This is definitely a protest against PM Modi and his governance. They are least interested in those Farm bills and have no clue of what the bill entails. These protests are totally backed by the opposition parties in India, who are motivated to criticize every move of PM Modi despite knowing that he is doing everything to develop India as a whole.
Does this mean that they are against India becoming a developed country?
