Even as the 3rd Phase of Covid 19 vaccination is to begin for 18+ citizens on May 1st and all state governments have been given the freedom to organise their vaccine stocks for the same from vaccine manufacturers there here have been some biased media reports recently quoting some Maharashtra State Government officials pointing out that the vaccines in the state are over and thereby adversely impacting the vaccination drive in the state. It is obvious that even now some are constantly trying to push blame for their own inefficiencies and incompetence onto the Central government. Now, these motivated and planted stories are being fact-checked by sources and other media observers.

Here are some facts that were ignored in these biased media reports :

FACT 1 -Govt. of India has so far provided nearly 16 crore vaccine doses to States/UTs Free of Cost Government of India has so far provided nearly 16 crore vaccine doses (15,95,96,140) to States/UTs Free of Cost. Of this, the total consumption including wastages is 14,89,76,248 doses


FACT 2- More than 1 crore doses are still available with the States/UTs to be administered More than 1 crore COVID Vaccine doses (1,06,19,892) are still available with the States/UTs to be administered.


FACT 3- More than 57 Lakh doses in addition will be received by the States/UTs in the next 3 days More than 57 Lakh (57,70,000) vaccine doses will be received in addition by the States/UTs within the next 3 days.

FACT 4- Government of India has been leading the fight against the COVID19 pandemic and vaccination is a crucial pillar of the five point strategy of Government of India to fight the pandemic (including Test, Track, Treat and COVID Appropriate Behaviour). A Liberalised and Accelerated Phase 3 Strategy of Covid-19 Vaccination will be implemented from 1st May 2021. Registration for the new eligible population groups will commence today (28th April) from 4 pm. Potential beneficiaries can either register directly on CoWIN portal (cowin.gov.in) or through the Aarogya Setu app.

FACT 5- Total COVID vaccine doses received by Maharashtra as on 28th April 2021 (at 8 am) are 1,58,62,470. Of this, the total consumption including wastage (0.22%) was 1,53,56,151. Balance of 5,06,319 vaccine doses is still available with the state for administration to the eligible population groups. सबूत उसके ऑफिस ने दे दिया –
भविष्य में पी एम् ना बुलाएं इसे –

कल प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ
हुई बैठक को अरविन्द केजरीवाल
ने लाइव टेलीकास्ट किया –ये कोई
गलती से नहीं हुआ था, उस पाखंडी
ने ये सब जानबूझ कर किया जिसका
सबूत उसी के खुद के ऑफिस ने
दे दिया –

जब पी एम् ने उसको लाइव टेलीकास्ट
करने के लिए टोका कि ये प्रोटोकॉल के
खिलाफ हो रहा है तो उस वीडियो में
कोई भी सुन सकता है कि उसने बड़े
दबे स्वर में कहा कि इसका आगे से
ख्याल रखा जायेगा और फिर अपना
राग अलाप दिया मृत लोगों की
आत्माओं की शांति के लिए —

शाम को केजरीवाल के ऑफिस ने
बयान जारी करके कहा —

“बैठक में सीएम का सम्बोधन इसलिए
लाइव किया गया क्यूंकि इस सम्बन्ध में
केंद्र की ओर से कोई लिखित या मौखिक
निर्देश नहीं था –हालांकि यदि कोई
असुविधा हुई है तो उसका हमें खेद है”

ये क्या पहली मीटिंग थी केजरीवाल की
पी एम् के साथ लेकिन ऐसे लाइव कभी
नहीं किया तो कल कैसे कर दिया और
उसके ऑफिस का बयान साबित करता
है कि ये सब उसने जानबूझ कर किया –

केजरीवाल लोगों को दिखाना चाहता
था की उसने दिल्ली की समस्या पी एम्
के सामने रखी और मृत आत्माओं की
शांति के लिए प्रार्थना की —

दरअसल 20 अप्रैल, 2021 की खबर
थी जिसके अनुसार दिल्ली अर्बन शेल्टर
इम्प्रूवमेंट बोर्ड (DUSIB) में, जिसका
चेयरमैन केजरीवाल है, सीबीआई ने
207 करोड़ का घपला पकड़ा है रेड
में जिसकी वजह से ये पगलाया हुआ
है क्यूंकि गाज इसके उपर भी गिर
सकती है —

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के सामने केंद्र ने
कहा कि दिसंबर, 2020 में उन्होंने
दिल्ली को 8 Pressure Swing
Absorption (PSA) Plants लगाने
के लिए फंड दिए गए थे जिनसे
ऑक्सीजन का उत्पादन किया जाना
था मगर अब तक केवल एक ही
प्लांट ऑपरेशनल हुआ है —

और ये निकम्मा छातियां पीटता फिर
रहा है ऑक्सीजन खतम हो गई जी,
हम हाथ जोड़ कर ऑक्सीजन मांग
रहे हैं प्रधान मंत्री जी —

इससे भी बड़ी दुर्भाग्य की बात तो ये
है कि हाई कोर्ट के दोनों जज केंद्र से
कहते हैं भीख मांगो, उधार लो या
चोरी करो मगर ऑक्सीजन दीजिये
दिल्ली को —

लेकिन उन दोनों जजों ने केजरीवाल
से कड़वे शब्द नहीं बोले, उससे नहीं
पूछा कि केंद्र ने जो पैसा दिया वो क्या
किसानों के लिए लंगर में लगा दिया
या हड़प गए या विज्ञापनों में उड़ा
दिया — आज कोर्ट में बताया गया कि
केजरीवाल सरकार ने ऑक्सीजन
सिलिंडर भरवाने और लाने के लिए
टैंकर ही नहीं भेजे –.

कल इस केजरीवाल ने नौटंकी दिखा
दी ना, इसलिए भविष्य में प्रधानमंत्री
इसे किसी मीटिंग में ना बुलाएं, इसे
कहा जाये कि जो बात करनी है,
उपराज्यपाल से कीजिये —

The Government of India is all set to roll out the extended vaccination drive across the country from May 1, for which the registration on the Co-Win app will start on April 28 at 4pm.

Union Health Ministry said that registration can also be done at cowin.gov.in. 

Information has been posted by the Aarogya Setu handle too which states “Registration for 18 plus to begin on http://cowin.gov.in, Aarogya Setu App & UMANG App at 4 PM on 28th April. Appointments at State Govt centers & Private centers depending on how many vaccination centers are ready on 1st May for Vaccination of 18 plus.” It should be noted that like the first and the second phase, registration would be done through the cowin.gov.in website for this phase and also through the Aarogya Setu mobile app but there won’t be any walk-in registration in this phase. If you wish to register here is how :

Easy steps to register for Covid-19 vaccination through the CoWIN portal:

STEP 1-Log on to http://www.cowin.gov.in.

STEP 2- Enter your mobile number.

STEP 3- Get an OTP to create your account.

STEP 4- Enter the OTP and click on the “Verify” button.

STEP 5- You will be directed to the registration of the vaccination’ page. On this page, there will be an option to choose one photo ID proof.

STEP 6- Fill in your name, age, gender and upload an identity document.

STEP 7- Click on the “Register” button.

STEP 8 -Once the registration is completed; the system will show the “Account Details”.

STEP 9 -A citizen can further add three more people linked with this mobile number by clicking on the “Add More” button.

STEP 10 -There will be a button indicating ‘Schedule appointment’. Now click on it.

STEP 11- Search a vaccination centre of choice by state, district, block and pin code.-Date and availability will also be displayed.

STEP 12 -Click on the ‘book’ button.

STEP 13 -On successful completion of booking, you will receive a message.

STEP 14- That confirmation details will have to be shown at the vaccination centre.

Here is how to register for Covid-19 vaccination through Aarogya Setu:

-On the Aarogya Setu app homepage, go to the ‘CoWIN’ tab.

-Under the CoWIN icon, you can see four options – Vaccine Information, Vaccination, Vaccination Certificate, Vaccination Dashboard.

-Tap on the “Vaccination” tab and then select the “Register Now” option.

-Enter your mobile number and then click on “proceed to verify”.

-Enter the OTP and again select “proceed to verify”.

-Once the number verification is done, you will have to upload a photo ID card.

-You also need to fill in other details such as age, gender, year of birth.

-You can register a maximum of 4 beneficiaries through the Aarogya Setu app.

-You can also check for vaccination sites by state, district, block and pin code. The date and availability will be displayed. Select the “book” option.

-Once registered successfully, you will receive an SMS with the appointment details.

PLEASE NOTE: Following online registration, the beneficiary will receive SMS on their registered mobile number about the due date, place and time of vaccination. On the day of the appointment, reach the centre carrying the appointment slip and photo ID used at the time of booking the appointment.

Shocking and criminal delay in setting up 8 PSA Oxygen plants in Delhi?

Recently the Delhi High Court came down hard on Delhi government for not doing enough to activate the 8 PSAs Oxygen Generation plants. These were supposed to be installed in Delhi by the support of PM CARES Funds. These plants would enhance capacity of medical oxygen by 14.4 Metric Tonnes.

But of the eight PSA Plants to be installed in Delhi, one Plant in Burari Hospital, only Kaushik Enclave has already been installed on 17.3.2021. The Union Health Ministry on Tuesday informed the Delhi High Court that only one out of the six oxygen sanctioned for Delhi, has been set up even as Covid-19 patients continue to gasp for breath in the national capital.

Shockingly, four plants, one each at Deen Dayal Upadhya Hospital, Lok Nayak Hospital, Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital Rohini & Deepa Chand Bandhu Hospital Ashok Vihar, are yet expected to be completed by 30.4.2021. This is because the site readiness of these hospitals was delayed by the State Government despite weekly reviews with them since November 2020 as per sources. Delhi government sources deny this obviously!

But for Ambedkar Nagar Hospital, Dakshinpuri, the site has been readied as late as only 19th April,2021 by the State Government. That sounds very shocking.

Site readiness certificate of Satyawadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital, Narela has not yet been submitted by the State Government yet.

This would surely raise many questions as to why such a criminal delay was there. Any amount of additional generation of Oxygen from these plants could have helped lament citizens of Delhi. The Opposition in Delhi on Saturday accused the Arvind Kejriwal government of spending crores on publicity but doing nothing in the past one year to augment oxygen storage capacity and set up new plants in the national capital.

बंगाली कहावत है “सोरसे मोद्हे भूत , तहाले भूत केमोन भाग्बे”
यानि सरसों की जड़ में सरसों का भूत है, तो भूत भागेगा कैसे? यानि समस्या के मूल में अन्य समस्या है. इसे हम इस प्रकार भी कह सकतें हैं की पश्चिम बंगाल में वामपंथ की पुरानी समस्या के जड़ में ममता बनर्जी की तृण मूल नामक समस्या पहुँच गई है. गुंडागर्दी, रक्तरंजित राजनीति, अपहरण, लूटमार, दादागिरी, हफ्तावसूली, कटमनी आदि आदि सब इस तृणमूल वाली समस्या के ही भाग हैं. इस स्थिति में  किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति की आवश्यकता थी जिसे लोकतंत्र में अगाध श्रद्धा हो, जिसमें जनता से प्रेम करने की क्षमता हो, जिसे लोगों की संवेदनाओं को जागृत करते आता हो, जो स्वयं कलाकार होकर बंगाल की कलाप्रेमी जनता के साथ तादात्म्य बैठा सके और साथ ही साथ जो वामपंथ प्रेरित और तृण मूल द्वारा अग्रेषित हिंसा का दमन करना भी जानता हो. ऐसे ही व्यक्ति के रूप में हमें श्रीमान नरेंद्र मोदी मिले हैं. हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी यूं तो समूचे भारत के प्रति संवेदनशील व प्रेमभाव से ओत प्रोत हैं किंतु बंगाल के प्रति निश्चित ही उनमें कुछ अधिक श्रद्धा भाव है. बंगाल के प्रति मोदी जी का यह अतिरिक्त प्रेमभाव संभवतः स्वामी विवेकानंद जी के प्रति उनके आदर का प्रतीक है. बंगभूमि के प्रति प्रधानमंत्री जी का यह आदर भाव कविवर रविंद्रनाथ टैगोर की कविताओं के मर्म की समझ का प्रतीक भी है. राष्ट्रीय स्वयं संघ परिवार व भाजपा के पूर्ववर्ती संगठन भारतीय जनसंघ के शलाका पुरुष पंडित श्यामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी का बंगाल पुत्र होना भी मोदी जी के बंगाल प्रेम का प्रमुख कारण है और स्वर्गीय अटलबिहारी वाजपेयी जी की वह कविता भी उनके बंगाल प्रेम का कारण है जिसमें अटलजी ने बंगाल को भारत की भुजा की संज्ञा दी थी, इससे भी आगे बढ़कर बंगाल को भारत का सांस्कृतिक द्वार कहा था. कदाचित बंगाल की यही ध्वस्त हो गई छवि प्रधानमंत्री जी को व्यथित व भाव विव्हल करती होंगी. इन्ही ध्वस्त छवियों के पुनर्निर्माण व पुनर्स्थापना व बंगाल को भारत की सांस्कृतिक, साहित्यिक राजधानी बनाने हेतु मोदी जी कृतसंकल्पित हैं.
          पिछले 50 वर्ष का शासन बंगाल के भद्रलोक के लिए एक बुरे स्वप्न की तरह रहा है. इस आधी सदी के पहले पांच वर्षों में देश में आपातकाल के सूत्रधार सिद्धार्थ शंकर रे का आततायी शासन. बाद के 35 वर्षों में वामपंथ का ऐसा शासन जिसे राष्ट्रप्रेम, धर्म, संस्कार, परंपराओं को ध्वस्त, नष्ट व कुचलने में बड़ा आनंद आता था और इसके बाद 10 वर्षों का ममता दीदी का शासन जो वामपंथियों के कुशासन से भी कहीं अधिक दमनकारी व राजनीति के अपराधीकरण की पराकाष्ठा वाला सिद्ध हुआ. दीदी की सत्ता ने बंगाल में न केवल सतत हिंदू विरोधी खेल खेले बल्कि बेशर्मी व अराजकता की हद तक खेले. मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति के शीर्ष केंद्र के रूप में यदि किसी राज्य को देखा और गिना जाएगा तो उसमें बंगाल सर्वोच्च स्थान पर होगा. अपने नागरिकों और स्थानीय मूल निवासियों के मूंह का निवाला छीन कर पड़ोसी देशों से बंगाल में घुस आये अवैध घुसपैठियों को खिलाने का कोई अवसर ममता दीदी ने छोड़ा नहीं. बंगाल में मदरसे बढ़ रहे हैं, मौलवियों को वेतन और वेतनवृद्धि दी जा रही है, पुजारियों को हतोत्साहित व भयभीत किया जा रहा है, मूल बंगालियों के साथ हिंसा, मारकाट, दबाव, भयभीत करने, अपहरण, फिरौतियों की घटनाएं हो रही हैं. हिंदू त्यौहार, उत्सव, पर्व तो जैसे उपेक्षा व उपहास का केंद्रबिंदु बन गए. पिछले वर्षों में सैकड़ों निरपराधों की राजनैतिक हत्याएं देखी हैं बंगाल के भद्रलोक ने. पहले रक्त पिपासु  वामपंथ ने और बाद में अहंकारी और तुष्टिकरण की पुरोधा ममता बनर्जी ने बंगाल में राजनीति और हिंसा को एक दूसरे का  पर्याय बना दिया है. पिछले लगभग 50 वर्षों के इस क्रम से देश भर में बंगाल को अपराधियों के राज्य जैसी घृणित संज्ञा मिलने लगी है.
          यद्दपि चुनाव आयोग के  व्यवस्थित चुनाव प्रबंधन के कारण   पिछले लोकसभा चुनाव की अपेक्षा  वर्तमान विधानसभा चुनाव के संपन्न हो चुके  छः चरणों में कम हिंसा देखने को मिली है; तथापि हिंसा करने के प्रयासों में तो तृणमूल ने तमाम प्रयास तो अवश्य किये हैं. यही कारण था की ममता दीदी बार बार चुनाव को आठ चरण में कराये जाने का सतत विरोध करती रही हैं. पिछले वर्षों में पश्चिम बंगाल की इस सांस्कृतिक भूमि को ममता दीदी के गुंडों ने संघ के स्वयंसेवकों, भाजपा के कार्यकर्ताओं व भोलीभाली निरीह जनता के रक्त से रक्तरंजित कर देने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ा है. देश विभाजन के समय मुस्लिम पक्ष द्वारा घोषित डायरेक्ट एक्शन डे जैसे वातावरण को छोड़ दें तो पश्चिम बंगाल मे आज जैसा जहरीला, मार काट वाला व तनिक सी भी वैचारिक या राजनैतिक असहमति पर हत्या कर दिये जाने वाला वातावरण इसके पूर्व कभी नहीं देखा गया. राजनैतिक मतभेद के कारण मासूम बच्चों, युवाओं, गर्भवती महिलाओं तक की हत्याओं के घटनाक्रम यहां हमने सतत देखे हैं.
           अभी हाल ही में ममता सरकार के मंत्री बाबी हकीम ने भाजपा के कार्यकर्ताओं व केन्द्रीय सुरक्षा बल के लोगों को सूअर कहा है. क्या बंगाल का भद्रलोक इस प्रकार की रक्तरंजित राजनीति व शाब्दिक बदतमीजी को सहन कर सकता है? बाबी हकीम अपने मुस्लिम बहुल क्षेत्र की जनता से खुल्लमखुल्ला आव्हान करते हैं की भाजपा व crpf के लोग सूअर के बच्चें हैं, इन्हें मार डालो. पिछले ही वर्ष की बात है जब बाबी हकीम ने कोलकाता को मिनी पाकिस्तान कहा था. ऐसा उन्होंने पाकिस्तान के प्रमुख अखबार “द डान” को दिये हुये साक्षात्कार मे कहा था। द डान को हकीम ने यह भी कहा था कि मुस्लिम समाज के लिए पाकिस्तान से भी अधिक मुफीद और सुरक्षित स्थान कोलकाता का मिनी पाकिस्तान है। यद्दपि बाबी हकीम की इस बात से अंशतः असहमत हूं क्योंकि कोलकाता का यह क्षेत्र अकेला मिनी पाकिस्तान नहीं है, बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री रहते हुए ममता दीदी ने पूरे बंगाल मे जगह जगह कई मिनी पाकिस्तान विकसित कर दिये हैं. केवल और केवल वोट बैंक की राजनीति करते हुये ममता बनर्जी ने पूरे बंगाल मे मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण के सारे रिकार्ड ध्वस्त कर डाले हैं.
      कोलकाता के जिस क्षेत्र को ममता दीदी के खासमखास बाबी हकीम ने मिनी पाकिस्तान कहा था वहां के नगर निगम पार्षद रहमत अंसारी पर दो-तीन हत्याओं सहित बीसियों मुकदमे चल रहें हैं और वे हिंदू दमन के लिए बड़े कुख्यात रहें हैं. इस पूरे क्षेत्र के हिंदुओं को अत्याचार से, दमन से, डरा-धमकाकर, बहू बेटी की इज्जत पर हाथ डालकर भगा देने और इसे मिनी पाकिस्तान बना देने का श्रेय ममता बनर्जी की और से रहमत अंसारी को मिलने वाली शह व प्रश्रय को ही है. रहमत अंसारी और बाबी हकीम के मामलों को ममता बनर्जी के भतीजे अभिषेक स्वयं डायरेक्ट डील करते हैं व अंसारी की करतूतों के लिए उसके ट्रबल शूटर बने रहते हैं.
         निश्चित ही बंगाल की जनता ने मोदी जी के इस शोनार बांग्ला के स्वप्न को बंगाल का भद्रलोक आशीर्वाद दे रहा है और आगे भी देगा.
